Data Deletion
Clear information about NintyOS, your choices and the planned platform.
Initial policy draft for review. NintyOS is in development. These provisions must be verified against actual operations and professionally reviewed before publication.
Request removal of your information
Email support@nintyos.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the email used to contact or register with NintyOS, the relevant business or connected account name, and whether you want inquiry records, specific integration data or all eligible data removed. Do not send passwords or tokens.
Current product stage
The listed integrations are not active through this website. This process also covers information you may have sent in contact or preview forms.
Disconnecting an integration
When integrations become available, the application should provide disconnection controls. You can also review and revoke permissions in the relevant provider’s account or business settings. Revocation and deletion are separate: revoking access does not necessarily erase previously stored records.
Verification and scope
We may ask for proportionate information to verify the requester’s identity and authority over a business account. Identify which records you mean; avoid sending unrelated identity documents unless specifically necessary.
What happens next
The request should be acknowledged, checked and processed within the applicable legal timeframe. The response should explain what was removed, any lawful retention and the expected expiry of retained backups. No fixed turnaround is promised by this draft.
Provider-held data
Deleting NintyOS records does not delete information maintained independently by Google, Meta, WhatsApp or other providers. Contact the relevant provider for its own records.
Account deletion
For closure of a future NintyOS account and associated data, use the Account Deletion page. Shared organization records may need review of ownership and other users’ rights.
Meta callback architecture
This page provides human-readable deletion instructions. A future verified Meta deletion callback and request-status mechanism belongs to app.nintyos.com; no callback endpoint is currently claimed or implemented here.
