These draft principles support safe, authorized business use of the NintyOS website and future platform.
Protect access
Do not attempt to enter accounts without authorization, misuse credentials, evade safeguards, probe systems without permission or disrupt service.
Respect people and information
Do not submit unlawful content, expose personal information without authority, infringe rights, impersonate others or use the service to facilitate fraud, harassment or exploitation.
Responsible communications
Do not use messaging or marketing features for unlawful spam or to evade recipient choice. Respect platform rules, required consent and opt-out requests.
Responsible AI use
Do not use AI to conceal deceptive activity or bypass permissions. Review consequential output and only authorize actions you are entitled to perform.
Integration boundaries
Do not use connected data for prohibited surveillance, unrelated resale or purposes outside the provider’s rules and user authorization.
Reporting and response
Report suspected misuse to support@nintyos.com. The released service should define investigation, restriction and appeal procedures appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.
