Initial policy draft for review. NintyOS is in development. These provisions must be verified against actual operations and professionally reviewed before publication.
Provider inventory status
The processing-provider register is not finalized. Before publication, the operator must confirm actual contracted entities, service roles, processing regions and applicable agreements.
Website hosting
MilesWeb is the intended website hosting provider stated in the build brief. The contracted legal entity, server location and backup arrangements are not verified by this package.
Mail and forms
Form entries are intended to be stored in the WordPress database. Outbound mail requires an authenticated service selected by the operator. Fluent Forms and FluentSMTP are software components; using them does not by itself establish that their developers receive submission data.
Consent services
The consent tool’s optional scans or services may introduce external processing. Review the exact enabled configuration and update this inventory before use.
Future app providers
AI, application hosting, monitoring, analytics and payment providers have not been selected or verified. No provider should be presented as contracted merely because its integration is planned.
Provider changes
The final register should include update dates and any notice or objection procedure required by contracts or law. Direct questions to support@nintyos.com.
